Replacement
In order to process order on time, redbox flowers & gifts reserves the right to replace any items of the same equivalent amount or greater value where items are not available. i.e. a specific soft toy, particular flower, container, products, etc.
Another reason for replacement would be to ensure freshness and beauty. Due to seasonal availability, replacement of items might be required. In single-variety arrangements, variety will take preference over colour. An example would be if we are out of 'red roses', we will substitute for another colour of roses and not another flower.
When substitution is necessary, our professional florists will ensure that the 'look and feel' of the arrangement will be maintained, with our florists paying special attention to overall shape, size, style and colour combination.

Cancellation
We understand cancellations of orders may need to occur at times. We would like to accommodate to your requests as best as we can.
Please note the following :
• Cancellations made before 24 hours, a 15% cancellation admin charges is applicable.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation charge is applicable.
• For orders where delivery has been attempted, the full price applies.
• For orders where reroute is attempted, an additional $15.00 applies.
• Please email cancellation requests to us at flowers@redbox.com.sg with your order number.

Refund
Upon request of refund, we will submit the refunds to be processed by the bank within 14 working days* of receipt of your refund request. Upon submission, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for which the credit is refunded will depend on the individual banks.
*Working days are defined as Mondays to Friday 9am to 6pm.
